Gift Vouchers are posted out or collection only. We do not offer e-Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers are all dated and expire 6 months after the purchase date. We will not be responsible for vouchers not redeemed before this point.
Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed against the item described on the voucher.
Gift Vouchers will not be replaced if it is stolen, destroyed, lost or used without permission.
Gift Vouchers that are defaced or altered will not be accepted.
Failure to give 48 hours cancellation notice or failure to turn up to a tuition booking through a voucher will result in a 50% charge.
The Gift Voucher must be presented in order to redeem it.
